DIFENDERE I BAMBINI DALLE VACCINAZIONI LETALI!

I bambini non sono cavie. Vaccinazioni pediatriche, vale a dire nemesi medica. Lo Stato italiano ne richiede quattro ma ne impone sei in un'unica soluzione (esavalente) agli ignari genitori, per ingrassare gli affari delle solite multinazionali farmaceutiche e degli assoldati e venduti camici bianchi.
Tanto per fare un esempio documentato: l'antiepatite virale B fu introdotta a suon di tangenti dall'allora ministro Francesco De Lorenzo, condannato per aver intascato dalla Glaxo, una sostanziosa mazzetta per far promulgare la legge - 27 maggio 1991, numero 165 - controfirmata da Andreotti e Cossiga. Perché questa norma non è stata ancora abrogata? Il mercato non è tutto quello che conta. Se la salute è un diritto costituzionale (articolo 32) va effettivamente tutelata, visto che le autorità sono cieche e miopi. La moralità non può fondarsi sul profitto. A proposito: la medicina per chi ha un minimo di dimestichezza con l'epistemologia, non è notoriamente una scienza esatta. Il primo passo dopo la conoscenza, è reagire con la disobbedienza civile e le denunce per questi abusi di potere alla magistratura italiana, nonché alla corte dei diritti umani di Strasburgo.


Vademecum per difendere i bimbi
 
Che fare per salvaguardare concretamente la salute dei propri pargoli? Allora, quando arriva la comunicazione dell’incontro fissato per le vaccinazioni, rispondete al mittente (con raccomandata a ricevuta di ritorno) dichiarando, entrambi i genitori, la volontà di non voler vaccinare i propri figli, per le ragioni indicate. Ovviamente, non dovete presentarvi all’incontro indicato nella comunicazione della ASL, né firmare alcun modulo, ma limitarvi a spedire la vostra lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di andata e ritorno.

1) Violazione dell’articolo 32 della Costituzione poiché ai minori viene somministrato l’esavalente e non il quadrivalente, inoculando altri due vaccini non obbligatori;

2) mancata allegazione dei foglietti illustrativi (i cosiddetti bugiardini) dei vaccini, oltre che mancata precisa indicazione dei lotti vaccinali completi di tutti i dati identificativi dei farmaci che si intenderebbero utilizzare;

3) mancata indicazione dei rischi alla salute e delle comuni reazioni indesiderate legati ai vaccini, e mancata promozione della conoscenza della legge 210 del 1992 in materia di danno da vaccino, che deve essere obbligatoriamente portata a conoscenza delle famiglie prima della profilassi vaccinale;

4) impossibilità oggettiva per la ASL di adempiere alla normativa nazionale sulle vaccinazioni obbligatorie, perché sprovvista delle dosi monovalenti degli unici vaccini obbligatori nel nostro Paese, ossia antipolio, antiepatite B, antidifterica ed antitetanica;

5) mancata effettuazione di test preventivi di tipo genetico, immunitario, allergologico e di ricerca di intolleranze alimentari su genitori e bambino, indispensabili per verificare una possibile idiosincrasia ai vaccini dell’organismo del soggetto ricevente;

6) presenza di mercurio vietato dalle normative italiane. Nel 2012 l'Infanrix Hexa (prodotto dalla Glaxo Smith Kline e somministrato ancora ai bambini in Italia) è stato messo al bando  in alcuni Paesi europei e non (Slovacchia, Spagna, Germania, Francia, Australia).
 
In alcune Regioni, in particolare il Veneto, sono in vigore specifiche normative a tutela degli obiettori, ma comunque questa procedura ha valore per l’intero territorio nazionale.

Il Decreto Legge 273 del 6 Maggio 1994, convertito con legge 490 del 20 Novembre 1995 ha stabilito che: «l'esecuzione delle vaccinazioni obbligatorie su minori non può essere coercitivamente imposta con intervento della forza pubblica».

In altri termini, il deferimento è ancora tecnicamente possibile, ma non porterà alla vaccinazione coatta se i genitori esporranno le ragioni motivate del loro dissenso. Sono rimaste in vigore - e solo in alcune Regioni - le sanzioni pecuniarie, per chi non intende dare seguito alle richieste della Amministrazione sanitaria.

E' possibile, inoltre, chiedere l'esonero dalle vaccinazioni, ai sensi del comma 4 dell'articolo 9 del citato Decreto, con certificato del pediatra di base o di medico specialista privato, non sindacabile da parte delle Aziende sanitarie locali.

Sono previste a livello regionale ulteriori modifiche in positivo della normativa statale in Piemonte, nella Provincia autonoma di Trento, nel Veneto, nella Emilia Romagna ed in Toscana.

Numerosi pediatri o sono stati comprati (alla voce comparaggio) dal miglior offerente sul mercato della salute, oppure sono ignoranti in materia. Sulla vita dei bambini non si devono fare affari di qualsiasi genere. E' CHIARO?

Art. 9.

1. A decorrere dalla data di entrata in vigore del presente decreto, l'esecuzione delle vaccinazioni obbligatorie su minori non può essere coercitivamente imposta con l'intervento della forza pubblica.

2. Resta ferma l'operatività delle sanzioni previste a carico di coloro che esercitano la potestà parentale o la tutela sul minore, nonché dei direttori degli istituti di assistenza pubblica o privata in cui il minore è ricoverato o delle persone affidatarie di minori ai sensi della legge 4 maggio 1983, n. 184.

3. I soggetti indicati al comma 2 sono personalmente responsabili di ogni effetto dannoso subito dal minore o da terzi, conseguente all'inosservanza delle disposizioni di legge sulle vaccinazioni obbligatorie.

4. Ai fini dell'esonero dalla obbligatorietà delle vaccinazioni il certificato del medico curante o del medico specialista, presentato dall'interessato, è vincolante per l'unità sanitaria locale.
